Laranjal Golf Course - In keeping with its reputation for excellence, Quinta do Lago takes great pride in the opening of its new and third 18 hole championship golf course, Laranjal.|Laranjal, originally an orange grove, is today a beautiful and totally different golf experience. The course was in excellent condition - very hard to find any form of complaint. A small issue is the size of the clubhouse / cafe in relation to the numbers of guests who need to utilse this area before and after their round.

Would be my Homecourse if I would live in the Algarve…but the painting on the course was confusing!

This was the 2nd time we have played Laranjal, and again thought it was great. As a venue it's not up there with the other courses played (Quinta South & Monte Rei) but the course itself is really good and a test. Would like to play it again as look back thinking about what would have been done differently as think you need to know the course to make the most of it.

Beautiful course. It is a pity there was a lot of greenskeepers work during the round almost on every hole. The other point is that there is not any rubbishbin o the whole course. Maybe it is temporary but still needs to be corrected. Otherwise great demanding course.
